BIOGRAPHY
Sylvestre KABEYA

Sylvestre has made it his mission to teach and popularize Integral Spirituality in Full Consciousness (ISFC).
For him, spirituality is his whole life. He devoted himself to it from the age of 15, embracing evangelical Christianity. It was at this time that he received his first Christian holy book, the Bible. It was a gift from his mother. The latter contributed considerably to his immersion and spiritual growth.
Sylvestre’s thirst for knowledge is such that he never stopped digging ever deeper into the mysteries of spirituality and life. Over the years, his life testifies to the diversity, richness and evolution of his experience with spirituality. And this tireless quest gave birth to his first book, The Essential Question.
Sylvestre shows you how to reconcile with your shadow, that part of yourself that you hate.
MISSION
My mission is to teach and popularize Integral Spirituality in Full Consciousness (ISFC). What is Integral Spirituality (IS)? It is a unified spirituality. It encompasses all aspects of a person, that is to say their light side and their dark side. Integral Spirituality is based on the principle of unconditional love for all aspects of oneself. It is a spirituality that is not content to only nourish the spirit. It goes well beyond that.
Since we are tripartite beings, integral spirituality aims to care for all three parts of the being, that is, body, mind and soul.
Ultimately, integral spirituality therefore aims to ensure the integral well-being of people.
This mission has two main stages: the immediate mission and the long-term mission.

First step
The immediate mission
Its aim is to guide people towards deeper self-knowledge.
Second step
The long-term mission
It aims to take care of people in their psychological, physical and material needs. This involves, for example, the construction of schools, hospitals and housing in areas where the need will be felt.

Who am I?
Have you ever asked yourself the following essential question: Who am I? If so, what response did you receive? Did your answer satisfy you? However, if this question has never crossed your mind, then now would be the time to ask yourself seriously, in all conscience.
Or, if despite all your efforts, you still have not arrived at a convincing answer, there is no point in continuing your quest. This book will give you the tools you need to answer them.
